A company that provides high quality software solutions and services that drive business efficiency and effectiveness is looking for a HR Assistant.


Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the execution of tasks related to

policies, procedures, processes, and payroll processing.

• Support all stages of the employee lifecycle to foster a positive employee

experience.

• Assist in global HR initiatives and activities, promoting employee engagement

locally and internationally.

• Serve as a dedicated HR advisor to team members, offering guidance and

support.

• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

• Act as a liaison with external contractors and handle operational office tasks.

• Provide HR support to other global offices and employees as required.


Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR experience in the Netherlands.

• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.

• Critical thinking and analytical abilities.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships across

all organizational levels.

• Previous success in engaging with employees on an international level is a plus.

• Able to communicate in a professional environment in Dutch, French and English.
