QA Lead

Description

We are looking for a Head of QA who will lead the innovative agile team, working with cutting edge technology. If you seek to continuously improve test processes, implement critical knowledge transfer, coaching and supporting the team, defining project strategies and you are into crypto and FinTech.

Responsibilities

• You are going to leading the testing team;
• You are going to be responsible for supervising QA engineers within the project;
• You are going to be in charge for training and empowerment of QA engineers;
• You are going to be responsible for test results, creating and maintaining integration to different blockchains to collect data of cryptocurrency and tokens;
• You are going to setup and control testing processes and its documentation;
• You are going to recruit new QA engineers learn a lot about fintech and crypto from analytics point of view.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as QA;
• Experienced in leading a QA team;
• Experience in building testing processes;
• Expert experience in web, mobile and API testing;
• Experience with test trail, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins;
• Knowledge of testing methods and development lifecycle;
• Agile methodological approach;
• Experience in recruiting and interviewing for QA;
• Ability to work in a team, future-oriented and independent way of working;
• Good written and spoken English knowledge;
• Into crypto and FinTech;
• Initiative, responsible person, good in handling stressful situations and determined, a leader;
• Good written and spoken English knowledge.
